Waselius & Wist advises Public Property Invest ASA on EUR 28 million acquisition of care properties in Finland

Waselius & Wist advised Public Property Invest ASA (PPI) on its acquisition of three care properties in Finland. The transaction comprises the purchase of three high-quality care properties located in the Helsinki and Turku regions for approximately EUR 28 million. The portfolio totals approximately 8,000 sqm of lettable area and provides 195 care places. Construction is scheduled to commence in 2025 under a turnkey agreement with Hartela Oy. The properties are leased to established operators Attendo and Kototiimi Oy on 15-year contracts.
