Kirkland & Ellis Advises KKR-Backed Novaria Group on $2.2 Billion Sale to Arcline Investment Management

The transaction follows KKR’s 2020 investment and Novaria’s expansion through 13 add-on acquisitions; closing remains subject to customary conditions and regulatory approvals."

Kirkland & Ellis advised KKR and its portfolio company Novaria Group in connection with the sale of Novaria to Arcline Investment Management. The transaction comprises a definitive agreement under which Arcline Investment Management will acquire Novaria from KKR for $2.2 billion. Following KKR’s initial investment in 2020, Novaria has more than tripled in size and completed 13 strategic add-on acquisitions that expanded its product portfolio and enhanced its manufacturing footprint. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals.
