Latham & Watkins Represents SierraCol Energy in US$650 Million Senior Notes Offering, Tender Offer and Revolving Credit Facility Refinancing

Latham & Watkins LLP represented SierraCol Energy and its wholly owned subsidiaries SierraCol Energy Andina, LLC, SierraCol Energy Arauca, LLC, and Colombia Energy Development Co. in connection with a senior notes offering, a related tender offer, and the refinancing of the company’s revolving credit facility. The subsidiaries successfully priced an offering of US$650 million aggregate principal amount of 9.000% 5NC2 Senior Notes due 2030. In connection with the tender offer, SierraCol will refinance US$300 million of the outstanding principal amount of its 2028 notes. The transaction also included a corresponding refinancing of the company’s revolving credit facility.
