The transaction involves a strategic partnership between Hg and Diamant Software, a leading provider of accounting and controlling solutions for medium-sized businesses and public institutions in Germany. The arrangement positions Diamant Software to continue developing and delivering its solutions for the German market in collaboration with Hg.
