Latham & Watkins LLP advised Stonepeak, a leading alternative investment firm specializing in infrastructure and real assets, and Columbia Capital, an investment firm focused on digital infrastructure, enterprise technology and mobility, in connection with their acquisition of IPB Internet Provider in Berlin GmbH (IPB). The transaction involves the acquisition of IPB, a leading data center operator in Berlin. The parties expect the transaction to close in the fourth quarter of 2025.
