Weil Advises OMERS on Sale of Epiq Global Business Transformation Solutions Division to K2 Services

Weil represented OMERS and its portfolio company Epiq in the sale of Epiq’s Global Business Transformation Solutions (Epiq GBTS) division to K2 Services. The transaction transfers Epiq GBTS, the division providing managed transformation solutions, to K2 Services, a leading managed services provider. Epiq, regarded as a leading alternative legal service provider (ALSP) that administers complex legal settlements, will continue to focus and invest in services‑enabled technology, including proprietary AI solutions and SaaS offerings, to advance its role as a tech‑enabled legal solutions provider.
