Weil advised Peaks Renewables in connection with its preferred equity investment in Biogas Development’s Hidden Hollow Energy Landfill Gas Project in Boise, Idaho. The transaction involves a preferred equity investment by Peaks Renewables to support ongoing growth and optimization at the Hidden Hollow facility, which captures landfill gas and converts it into renewable natural gas (RNG) for use across Idaho and beyond. The investment augments Peaks Renewables’ expanding portfolio of renewable gas projects across the United States and reflects the company’s commitment to advancing reliable, renewable energy solutions through strategic partnerships.
