Apollo Completes $750 Million Senior Notes Offering

Simpson Thacher represented the underwriters and initial purchasers in connection with Apollo Global Management, Inc.’s registered public offering of senior notes. The transaction consisted of a registered public offering by Apollo of $400,000,000 aggregate principal amount of its 4.600% Senior Notes due 2031 and an additional $350,000,000 aggregate principal amount of its 5.150% Senior Notes due 2035 (the "New 2035 Notes"). The New 2035 Notes constitute a further issuance of, and will be consolidated and form a single series with, the previously issued 5.150% Senior Notes due 2035, of which $500,000,000 principal amount was issued on August 12, 2025. Apollo intends to use the proceeds from the offering for general corporate purposes. Simpson Thacher has also represented the underwriters and initial purchasers in connection with nearly $7.8 billion of debt and equity issued by Apollo and its subsidiaries since 2014.
