Marriott Harrison advised Kinetico Health on its acquisition of Dynamic Chiropractic. Dynamic Chiropractic is an award‑winning Manchester‑based clinic whose multidisciplinary team provides chiropractic, physiotherapy and podiatry services and aims to deliver a total care package to help clients live pain free. Kinetico Health is pursuing a roll‑up strategy to build a leading group of private musculoskeletal clinics, having acquired multiple brands over the past year and receiving a nomination for the ETA Serial Acquirer of the Year award. The acquisition will further establish Kinetico in the chiropractic sector and expand its team of practitioners. Kinetico Health commented that Marriott Harrison's care, time and attention to detail had provided invaluable support throughout the process and enabled the transaction to progress at pace.
