Hogan Lovells Advises Banks on Placement of EUR 300 Million Mortgage Pfandbrief by BSK 1818 AG

This was the issuer's first issue since its 15 July 2025 name change."

Hogan Lovells advised a banking syndicate comprising Commerzbank Aktiengesellschaft, DekaBank Deutsche Girozentrale (Lead Manager), Landesbank Baden‑Württemberg and Norddeutsche Landesbank - Girozentrale in the placement of a Mortgage Pfandbrief issued by BSK 1818 AG. The Mortgage Pfandbrief was issued with an aggregate volume of EUR 300 million, a seven‑year term and an interest rate of 2.625 percent. It was successfully placed on 23 October 2025 and admitted to the open market of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. BSK 1818 AG, the owner of Berliner Sparkasse, is treated as a separate savings bank association under the Berlin Savings Banks Act and is a regular issuer of Mortgage Pfandbriefe, Public Pfandbriefe, and unsecured and subordinated bonds. This transaction was the issuer's first issue following its name change on 15 July 2025.
