Hill Dickinson advises Lloyds Autobody shareholders on sale to Steer Automotive Group

Hill Dickinson advised the shareholders of Lloyds Autobody Limited in connection with the sale of the business to Steer Automotive Group. The transaction sees Steer Automotive Group acquire Lloyds Autobody, an established luxury vehicle repair specialist with operations in Liverpool and Manchester. Lloyds is recognised for its craftsmanship and high repair standards for prestigious automotive brands. Under Steer’s ownership the business will continue to operate from its existing sites and will benefit from Steer’s investment and operational infrastructure as it is integrated into The Steer Luxury Collection. As part of the deal, the majority shareholders will step away from the business on completion. Steer has committed to ensuring a smooth transition for staff and customers as the business joins The Steer Luxury Collection.
