Rémy Cointreau completed its inaugural private Schuldschein placement, raising a total of €200 million. The financing, governed by German law, comprises tranches with maturities of three years and five years and includes both fixed-rate and floating-rate instruments. Deutsche Bank Aktiengesellschaft and Natixis S.A. acted as coordinators for the operation. The transaction forms part of Rémy Cointreau’s active financing management, increasing the group’s financial flexibility and diversifying its sources of funding. The net proceeds have been allocated to the general corporate purposes of the Rémy Cointreau group.
