Paksoy and Clifford Chance Advise Turk Telekom on USD 600 Million Green Notes Due 2032

"Paksoy advised Turk Telekom on a USD 600 million Green Notes offering due 2032, issued under Rule 144A/Reg S and listed on the Euronext Dublin Global Exchange Market. Clifford Chance advised joint bookrunners J.P. Morgan, MUFG and ING Bank. Proceeds will finance or refinance eligible green projects under Turk Telekom’s sustainable finance framework."

Paksoy represented Turk Telekom, and Clifford Chance represented the joint bookrunners J.P. Morgan, MUFG and ING Bank in connection with the transaction. The transaction concerns Turk Telekom’s offering of USD 600 million Green Notes due 2032, issued under Rule 144A/Reg S and listed on the Euronext Dublin Global Exchange Market. The issuance follows Turk Telekom’s debut USD 500 million sustainable Eurobond issued in May 2024 and its August 2025 agreement with the Turkish Information and Communication Technologies Authority to amend and extend its fixed-line concession until February 2050. According to Clifford Chance, the net proceeds will be allocated to finance and/or refinance eligible green projects in line with Turk Telekom’s sustainable finance framework.
