BPV Braun Partners Advises UCED Group on Acquisition of Distribuce Ostrava from CEZ ESCO

BPV Braun Partners advised UCED Group on the transaction, and DBK Partners reportedly advised CES ESCO. UCED Group has acquired Distribuce Ostrava from CEZ ESCO. UCED Group is an energy company focused on energy distribution, production and investment in modern energy infrastructure. CEZ ESCO is an energy services company. According to BPV Braun Partners, Distribuce Ostrava includes a part of the CEZ ESL plant used for the operation of the local distribution system in the cadastral territories of Moravska Ostrava, Marianske Hory, Nova Ves u Ostravy, Zabreh-Hulvaky, Vitkovice, Zabreh-VZ, and Hrabuvka. BPV Braun Partners represented UCED Group with a team composed by: Partners David Vosol and Pavel Vintr and Senior Associates David Plevka and Ivana Horakova. DBK Partners reportedly represented CES ESCO.
