The transaction comprises a PLN 1.166 billion guarantee facility backed by Poland’s Export Credit Agency (SERV). The facility was arranged to support Calik Enerji Swiss in connection with obligations under project agreements. The facility supports Calik Enerji Swiss and Calik Enerji under their EPC contract for the turnkey construction of a 1,336-megawatt H2-ready combined-cycle power plant in Kozienice, Poland.
