CMS Advises DSK Bank on EUR160m Financing for Three Battery Storage Projects in Bulgaria

"CMS advised DSK Bank on a project-financing package exceeding EUR 160 million for three battery energy storage system projects in Bulgaria: Project Brusartsi (375.65 MWh), Project Byala Slatina (120.74 MWh) and Project Zlatitsa (389.1 MWh). Together exceeding 885 MWh, the facilities aim to bolster grid flexibility and support integration of renewable generation nationwide."

CMS advised DSK Bank on a project-financing package for three battery energy storage system (BESS) projects in Bulgaria. The financing package, reported to exceed EUR 160 million, covers three large-scale battery storage facilities. The facilities comprise the 375.65-megawatt-hour Project Brusartsi, the 120.74-megawatt-hour Project Byala Slatina, and the 389.1-megawatt-hour Project Zlatitsa. Together exceeding 885 megawatt-hours, the projects are designed to bolster grid flexibility and support the integration of renewable generation across the country.
