The transaction comprised the public offering of Agribusiness Receivables Certificates (CRA), corresponding to the 201st issue of Opea Securitizadora (Opea). The issuance was backed by agribusiness credit rights due by Três Tentos Agroindustrial and was conducted pursuant to CVM Resolution 160 under the automatic registration rite, in a total amount of BRL 500 million.
