Bechtle acquires Nuovamacut Automazione

The law firms CMS and Gianni & Origoni participated in the transaction, with CMS advising Bechtle and Gianni & Origoni advising TeamSystem; RSM acted as financial adviser to Bechtle. TeamSystem has completed the sale of Nuovamacut Automazione to Bechtle. Nuovamacut Automazione is active in CAD and PLM solutions and is a principal Dassault Systèmes SolidWorks partner in the Mediterranean area. Bechtle, a German company with an extensive international presence, is a provider of IT services and PLM solutions across Europe. The acquisition further strengthens Bechtle's synergies with technology partners such as Dassault Systèmes and HP and expands its offering in CAD, PLM and additive manufacturing.
