Pirola Pennuto Zei & Associati represented Sonova Audiological Care Italia and Audionova Retail in the transaction, with Studio Galeazzi & Associati providing tax and accounting due diligence support. The seller, Mondialudito, was assisted by its own legal, tax and labour advisers, and notarial aspects were overseen by notary Marco Borio. The transaction concerns the acquisition by Sonova Audiological Care Italia and Audionova Retail, active in the retail sale of hearing aids under the Audionova Italia brand, of Mondialudito’s operational hearing centres located in the Lombardy region. The operation expands Sonova/Audionova Retail’s retail footprint in Lombardy through the integration of Mondialudito’s local centres.
