Deloitte Advises on Union Brescia Capital Increase

STS Deloitte and Deloitte Legal, both part of Deloitte, advised Union Brescia S.r.l. in connection with a share capital increase that was fully subscribed by a pool of industrial investors from Brescia. The transaction concerned Union Brescia S.r.l., a football club competing in the Serie C championship, which resolved a share capital increase that concluded in October 2025. The increase was fully subscribed by a pool of industrial investors from Brescia with the objective of supporting the company’s growth. Deloitte, through a multidisciplinary Tax & Legal team, assisted Union Brescia S.r.l. on all fiscal and legal aspects of the capital increase and supported the negotiation of the investment agreements and the shareholders’ agreements signed between the existing shareholders and the incoming investors.
