Deda Next acquires Incloud Team with advisory and legal support from Scozzi, Valli Mancuso & Studio Sebastiani

Scozzi Dottori Commercialisti advised acquirer Deda Next, Valli Mancuso & Associati handled legal aspects for Deda Next, and Studio Sebastiani represented seller Incloud Team on the legal, financial and fiscal matters of the transaction. Deda Next, a Dedagroup company dedicated to guiding the digital transformation of public administrations and public service companies, has acquired Incloud Team, a Brescia-based company that for more than twenty years has developed software and services specifically for local police forces. The acquisition represents a strategic step for Deda Next in building a technological ecosystem for integrated city management, designed to connect people, processes and data on a single digital platform serving public administrations and citizens. The deal also strengthens Deda Next’s ties to the North-West of Italy, where the Deda Group maintains 14 offices and over 1,600 employees. Scozzi Dottori Commercialisti represented Deda Next as advisor with a team coordinated by name partner Maurizio Scozzi and composed of Daniel Frizzera and Erica Ferretti. Valli Mancuso & Associati represented Deda Next on the legal aspects of the transaction with partner Marcello Mancuso. Studio Sebastiani represented Incloud Team on all legal, financial and fiscal aspects of the operation with founder Alessandro Sebastiani and partners Tommaso Franzini and Edoardo Lattuada.
