Fila, a company listed on Euronext Milan, has signed an agreement to acquire 100% of Seven, a manufacturer of backpacks and a wide range of school and educational products marketed under owned brands including Seven, Invicta, SJ Gang and Mitama. The transaction, whose closing is expected by 31 January 2026, is described by the parties as a key step in Fila’s further development, enabling significant commercial synergies, an expansion of its brand portfolio and a strengthened competitive position in the Italian school market.
