Burges Salmon advised Enray Power on the acquisition of two UK solar farms from Boom Power. The transactions comprised the purchase by Enray Power of the Firsfield Solar Farm in West Suffolk and the Osgodby Solar Farm in North Yorkshire. Together the projects will deliver over 110 MW of clean energy capacity and have secured planning consent, positioning them to contribute to the UK’s renewable energy targets. Firsfield Solar Farm covers approximately 237 acres, with an installed capacity of around 71 MWp and an export capacity of up to 46.9 MW. Osgodby Solar Farm will generate up to 42.9 MW of electricity.
