Bone's Acquires Jensens Bøfhus

Bech-Bruun represented the owners of Bone's in the acquisition of Jensens Bøfhus. The transaction unites two well-known Danish restaurant concepts by placing Bone's and the long-standing family-dining chain Jensens Bøfhus under a joint holding company. The holding company is owned by the Bone's shareholders together with Selfinvest, a company within the United Shipping & Trading Company. Bech-Bruun represented the owners of Bone's with a team composed by: Steen Rode, Rasmus Kaslund and Oliver Bolding Rasmussen. The firm advised the owners of Bone's throughout the entire process, including transaction structure, due diligence and contractual documentation.
