Simpson Thacher represented Madison International Realty in connection with the formation of a $300 million initiative with Warburg Pincus. The transaction establishes a strategic partnership designed to use liquidity solutions to invest in properties that the parties consider to be trading at attractive discounts to underwritten real estate value. The initiative will target a range of asset types, including residential, industrial, cold storage and data center properties.
