Skadden advised Financière LM, the Menissez family office, in the acquisition of Fresh Food Village, while Viguié Schmidt & Associés represented the sellers. The transaction concerns Fresh Food Village, a Paris-based specialist in the food industry with 25 years of experience in developing snacks, beverages and innovative bakery products. The acquisition is described as a strategic move that will enable the Menissez group to strengthen its portfolio, expand its marketing capabilities and consolidate its international presence. The deal marks the fourth transaction in three years on which Skadden has advised Financière LM and its holding companies.
