Chammas & Marcheteau advised Koesio, the French independent leader in local digital services for SMEs and mid‑caps, in connection with Koesio’s acquisition of a majority stake in Solitium. The transaction comprises Koesio’s purchase of a controlling interest in Solitium and represents the largest international acquisition in the group’s history. Founded in 2005, Solitium is a recognised player in Spain providing IT services, software and print solutions. The acquisition strengthens Koesio’s presence across Europe, increasing its workforce to more than 4,500 employees and its customer portfolio to over 150,000 clients. The deal marks a key step in Koesio’s strategy to build an integrated European leader in digital services.
