Storage World and Paul Fahey sell two Manchester self-storage sites to Shurgard

"Gateley Legal and Knights advised Storage World Limited and Paul Fahey on the sale of two Manchester self-storage sites to Shurgard Self Storage Limited. One site in central Manchester is fully operational and has served customers since 2013; the second, in east Manchester, is under construction and expected to open by end-2026. Together the sites add approximately 13,200 m2 of net lettable area to Shurgard’s UK portfolio."

Gateley Legal and Knights advised Storage World Limited and Paul Fahey on the sale of two self-storage sites to Shurgard Self Storage Limited. The transaction comprised: the disposal by Storage World of a fully operational site in central Manchester, which has been serving customers since 2013; and the disposal by Paul Fahey of a second site in east Manchester that is currently under construction and is expected to open by the end of 2026. Together the two sites will add approximately 13,200 m2 of net lettable area to Shurgard’s UK portfolio.
