Baker McKenzie Advises Fundamenta Real Estate on CHF 70 Million Rights Offering

Baker McKenzie advised Fundamenta Real Estate (Fundamenta) on its rights offering. The rights offering closed today, raising proceeds of CHF 70 million. The operation was supported by firm commitments totaling CHF 41.9 million and resulted in the issuance of 4,119,748 new shares priced at CHF 17.00 each.
