Andersen advised MDSR Investments on the sale of the Puerta del AVE Retail Park in Ciudad Real to Atland Voisin, a French asset manager specialising in real estate. The Puerta del AVE Retail Park has a gross leasable area of 8,081 m² on the ground floor, distributed across 10 premises, all of which are already leased, and provides 300 parking spaces. The asset is located in Ciudad Real, Castilla‑La Mancha.
