Legance, Baker McKenzie and PedersoliGattai in RES €20 million accelerated bookbuilding

Legance, Baker McKenzie and PedersoliGattai participated in the transaction, with Legance advising RES – Recupero Etico Sostenibile, Baker McKenzie advising Intesa Sanpaolo and PedersoliGattai advising anchor investors F4P2 and First SICAF (First Capital group). The operation concerned a capital increase and the placement of ordinary shares for approximately €20 million by RES – Recupero Etico Sostenibile, a company listed on the EGM market. The placement was conducted through an accelerated bookbuilding process. Intesa Sanpaolo acted as sole bookrunner for the placement. Legance assisted RES in the capital increase, the placement of shares and in negotiating the agreements with the anchor investors F4P2 and First SICAF. Baker McKenzie advised Intesa Sanpaolo in its role as sole bookrunner for the accelerated bookbuilding. PedersoliGattai advised the anchor investors F4P2 and First SICAF (First Capital group) in relation to their participation in the placement. Legance represented RES – Recupero Etico Sostenibile with a team composed by: Stefano Bandini (team leader), Alberto Bason and Marco Cardello. Baker McKenzie represented Intesa Sanpaolo with a team composed by: partner Ludovico Rusconi, senior associate Edoardo Filiberto Roversi and associate Anna Masut. PedersoliGattai represented anchor investors F4P2 and First SICAF (First Capital group) with a team composed by: Nicola Brunetti, Michele Ventura and Tommaso Soragni.
