CMS advised the French fund Atland Voisin in its acquisition of the Puerta del AVE Shopping Center from MDSR Investments. The retail park, located in Ciudad Real, has a total gross leasable area of 8,081 m² on the ground floor, distributed across 10 units, and provides 300 parking spaces. All units are fully leased.
