Browne Jacobson advises shareholders of Transvac Systems on sale to NYSE-listed Ingersoll Rand

Browne Jacobson advised the shareholders of Transvac Systems Limited on the sale of the company to Ingersoll Rand Inc. The transaction sees Transvac Systems Limited, a UK-based global supplier of ejector solutions and sustainable process technologies, acquired by Ingersoll Rand Inc, a New York Stock Exchange-listed provider of mission-critical flow creation and life science and industrial solutions. Transvac’s systems, which address waste gas flaring and have growing traction in desalination and clean water reuse, will join Ingersoll Rand's Industrial Technologies and Services segment. The combination strengthens Ingersoll Rand’s position in high-growth, sustainability-focused markets including energy recovery, wastewater treatment and desalination. The acquisition enhances Ingersoll Rand’s ability to offer a broader range of engineered solutions, including hybrid systems that combine ejectors and traditional technologies to optimise performance and efficiency, and to deliver regionally manufactured vacuum and ejector systems tailored to demanding industrial applications.
