POELLATH Advises CEO of KONZMANN Group on Sale to KLAR Partners

POELLATH advised the CEO of the KONZMANN Group, Oliver Rennig, in connection with his management participation in the sale of the KONZMANN Group to KLAR Partners; the seller in the transaction was Adiuva Capital. KLAR Partners Ltd, an independent private equity firm, has acquired the KONZMANN Group, one of Germany’s leading providers of technical building services. The transaction closed on 30 October 2025. Together with KLAR Partners, KONZMANN will seek to further strengthen its position as a trusted partner and attractive employer in the sector and to advance its long-term growth in the German market. The KONZMANN Group, based in Friedrichshafen, is a leading mid-market provider of energy and building services in Germany. With around 1,100 employees across more than 30 locations, the group offers a comprehensive range of services in energy and building technology, including electrical engineering, heating, ventilation, sanitary, refrigeration and air-conditioning technology, and technical building planning. Its offering is complemented by consulting, planning and concept services as well as extensive maintenance and servicing solutions, serving private, commercial and public clients in the transition to energetically, ecologically and economically sustainable solutions. KLAR Partners is an independent private equity firm focused on mid-market companies in Northern Europe, the Benelux region and the DACH area. The firm primarily invests in field services, professional services and industrial technology and works closely with management to build sustainable, market-leading businesses through a responsible investment approach.
