Birketts advises Gates Group on acquisition of John Pease Peugeot

Birketts acted for Gates Group Limited in its acquisition of the business and assets of John Pease Peugeot. The transaction involved the acquisition, by way of an asset sale, of the John Pease Peugeot business in Braintree. Gates Group Limited, which is established across the Greater London, Essex and Hertfordshire region, provides new and used vehicle sales together with comprehensive aftersales solutions including servicing, repairs, MOTs and manufacturer-approved parts. The acquisition will build on the existing dealership’s foundations while incorporating the legacy of excellence and the future of innovation motto associated with its new ownership.
