Inviga Healthcare Fund acquired a 21% stake in Forus Health Private Limited from TPG NewQuest by way of a secondary sale, enabling TPG NewQuest to exit its investment in Forus. Forus Health is a leading ophthalmic technology company known for its 3nethra series of eye screening devices, which have screened over 22 million patients across 75 countries. The company’s AI-driven diagnostics platform has served over 5 million patients worldwide, and its latest product, the 3nethra specto—a smartphone-controlled wearable digital refractor—is aimed at expanding tele-optometry and remote vision screening.
