Dhir & Dhir Associates advised Kotak Infrastructure Debt Fund Limited on financial assistance to seven special purpose vehicles (SPVs) of the Ampin Group. Kotak Infrastructure Debt Fund Limited has sanctioned financial assistance aggregating to ₹239.720 crore to a group of seven SPVs belonging to the Ampin Group. The Ampin Group will use the funds for repayment of existing loans and for refinancing unsecured loans in respect of a project with an aggregate capacity of 97.21 MW DC situated across various states of India.
