Vinge Advises Lagercrantz Group on Acquisition of Sit Right and Enskede Hydraul

Vinge advised Lagercrantz Group AB (publ) in connection with its acquisition of Sit Right AB and Enskede Hydraul AB. Lagercrantz Group AB (publ) has acquired 70 percent of the shares in the two Swedish companies Sit Right AB and Enskede Hydraul AB. Both companies are leading operators in products and aftermarket parts for forestry and construction machinery in Europe. Together the companies report a turnover of just over SEK 150 million and exhibit good profitability.
