LARK Advises Human Element on €50 Million Series A Investment in REFLEX aerospace

Law firm LARK advised investor Human Element on its Series A investment in REFLEX aerospace. Human Element has successfully led REFLEX aerospace GmbH's Series A financing round, raising €50 million. The round is reported as the largest financing of its kind to date in the European New Space sector. Other investors participating in the financing included Alpine Space Ventures, Bayern Kapital and HTGF. Founded in 2021, REFLEX aerospace is a Berlin-based company with a production facility in Munich that develops and manufactures customized, high-performance satellites. The new funding is intended to accelerate production of the REFLEX satellite platform and to establish a comprehensive European infrastructure for space reconnaissance. Human Element is a leading New Space investor based in Greenwich, Connecticut, USA.
