Travers Smith advised long-standing client Basalt Infrastructure Partners on the sale of Manx Telecom Group to a strategic partnership of CVC DIF and Jersey Telecom. The transaction involves the disposal of Manx Telecom Group, the incumbent digital-infrastructure platform on the Isle of Man. The group provides broadband, fixed line, mobile and secure data services to residential, business and public sector customers. The transaction remains subject to regulatory approvals.
