A&O Shearman advises on Exor N.V. €600 million 10-year bond placement

"A&O Shearman advised the pool of joint bookrunners — BNP Paribas, Citi, Commerzbank, ING, IMI - Intesa Sanpaolo, Mediobanca, Morgan Stanley and Société Générale — on Exor N.V.'s placement of a €600m, 10-year bond carrying a fixed 3.75% coupon and listed on the Euro MTF market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange."

A&O Shearman (Rome and Amsterdam offices) advised the pool of Joint Bookrunners — BNP Paribas, Citi, Commerzbank, ING, IMI - Intesa Sanpaolo, Mediobanca, Morgan Stanley and Société Générale — in connection with the placement by Exor N.V. of a €600 million bond. The transaction comprised a €600 million bond with a ten-year maturity, targeted at institutional investors. The bond carries a fixed annual coupon of 3.750% and has been admitted to listing on the Euro MTF market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange. The placement was executed within a selective market window and was presented as demonstrating investor confidence in the issuer and the robustness of the transaction structure.
