Goodwin advised investor Alven Capital in connection with Altrove Tech's €7.7 million Seed financing. The Seed round, led by Alven Capital, also included participation from Bpifrance, Contrarian Ventures, Emblem and Entrepreneurs First. The financing will enable Altrove Tech to accelerate the transition of its AI-designed materials from laboratory development to industrial deployment, strengthen its production capacity and contribute to European industrial sovereignty in key market sectors. Founded in 2024, Altrove Tech is a French DeepTech company that develops sustainable critical materials via an integrated platform combining artificial intelligence, automated synthesis and advanced characterization. By designing local alternatives to strategically imported materials, the company aims to reinforce European industrial autonomy and support the shift to a more sustainable economy.
