Gide advises Eiffel Investment Group on launch of ELTIF Eiffel Private Credit, a private debt fund for European SMEs and mid-caps backed by CNP Assurances

Gide advised Eiffel Investment Group on the structuring and launch of the ELTIF Eiffel Private Credit, a private debt fund supported by CNP Assurances. The fund, Eiffel Private Credit, obtained ELTIF 2.0 authorisation from the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF). It is designed to provide private debt financing to European small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and mid-cap companies (ETIs) across all sectors, explicitly including sectors deemed strategic for the autonomy and competitiveness of France and the European Union. The fund aims to support the growth of European companies, to reinforce the local economic fabric and to contribute to job creation. It pursues a diversified investment strategy with particular attention to industrial transformation and development needs. Eiffel Private Credit benefits from the support of CNP Assurances and is eligible for inclusion in life insurance policies, capitalization contracts and retirement savings products; it can also be subscribed through securities accounts.
