CMS Francis Lefebvre advises Stingray Healthcare co-founder and management on acquisition of the group by Fremman Capital

CMS Francis Lefebvre advised the co‑founder and management of Stingray Healthcare; Linklaters advised Jacobs Capital (the seller); McDermott Will & Schulte advised Fremman Capital (the acquirer); and Lenz & Staehelin handled the Swiss aspects of the transaction. CMS Francis Lefebvre acted for the co‑founder and the management of Stingray Healthcare in connection with the acquisition of the group by Fremman Capital. Founded in 2017 in Switzerland by Jacobs Capital and Ralph Hefti, Stingray is an alliance of healthcare professionals, health managers and entrepreneurs dedicated to the fight against cancer. Stingray has established a solid presence in France and Germany, the two largest European radiotherapy markets, where it operates 11 centres providing radiotherapy, radiosurgery and oncology treatment services. Following this acquisition, Fremman will combine Stingray with Amethyst Radiotherapy, acquired in August 2025, to create the largest pan‑European cancer care platform. The combined group will operate across multiple European markets under the name Stingray Healthcare Group and shares the ambition of broadening access to high‑quality cancer care. CMS Francis Lefebvre represented the co‑founder and the management of Stingray Healthcare with a team composed by: François Bossé‑Cohic (counsel), Louise Paysant (lawyer, corporate), Pierre Dedieu (partner, tax), Inès Mzali (counsel, French tax) and Valentina Santambrogio (partner, English law aspects). Lenz & Staehelin represented the transaction parties on Swiss aspects with a team composed by: Floran Ponce. Linklaters represented Jacobs Capital (seller). McDermott Will & Schulte represented Fremman Capital (acquirer).
