Greenberg Traurig and Clyde & Co Advise GoldenPeaks Capital on EUR 114 Million Financing for Two Solar PV Portfolios in Poland

Greenberg Traurig and Clyde & Co advised renewable energy developer and operator GoldenPeaks Capital on a EUR 114 million financing package, while Addleshaw Goddard advised lenders PKO Bank Polski and Alior Bank. The transaction comprises a EUR 114 million senior financing package provided by PKO Bank Polski and Alior Bank for the construction of two new solar photovoltaic portfolios in Poland. The projects are grouped into two portfolios and are expected to operate under long-term corporate power purchase agreements. The financing structure also contemplates additional funding contingent upon completion of the permitting process to support direct current upscaling of the assets. GoldenPeaks Capital is a renewable energy developer and operator active in Central Europe and is the sponsor of the projects financed under this arrangement.
