Wolf Theiss advised Rheinmetall on its joint venture with Vazovski Mashinostroitelni Zavodi (VMZ). The transaction establishes a joint venture in Bulgaria to develop and manufacture artillery shells and energetic materials. The venture is intended to expand domestic production capacity and create high-skilled jobs in the country.
