Baker McKenzie advised Mapletree in a logistics lease transaction with retailer Agata in Piotrkow Trybunalski, central Poland, and additionally advised Mapletree on a related arrangement with Bremer Poland, which will act as the general contractor. The transaction covers a total of 128,000 square metres at Piotrkow Trybunalski. It comprises a 10‑year extension of an existing 87,000‑square‑metre lease covering Piotrkow II DC1 and DC2, and a new 10‑year, 41,000‑square‑metre built‑to‑suit lease at Piotrkow II DC3, located adjacent to the existing facilities.
