Greenberg Traurig and Penteris Advise on Echo Investment Sale of Libero Shopping Center in Katowice for EUR 103 Million

Greenberg Traurig advised Echo Investment, while Penteris advised Estonian investor Summus Capital. The firms acted on the sale of the Libero shopping center in Katowice for EUR 103 million. According to Greenberg Traurig, the transaction is the largest single-asset retail deal in Poland in 2025 and transfers ownership of the asset from Echo Investment to Summus Capital. Libero Katowice offers 45,000 square meters of gross leasable area with more than 150 stores, a variety of restaurants and cafes, a fitness center, a bowling alley and a cinema. Designed by MOFO Architekci and completed in 2018, the shopping center is almost 100% leased and attracts approximately six million visitors annually. The center is located in Katowice, the capital of the Silesia region.
