Niederer Kraft Frey advises CoinShares on Toncoin ETP listing on SIX Swiss Exchange

Niederer Kraft Frey advised CoinShares, a digital asset investment firm, on the listing of its physically-backed Toncoin exchange-traded product (ETP) on the SIX Swiss Exchange in Zurich. The transaction comprised the admission to trading of a physically-backed Toncoin ETP on the SIX Swiss Exchange. The product offers regulated, exchange-listed exposure to Toncoin. CoinShares, which manages over USD 9.5 billion in assets and is listed on Nasdaq Stockholm under the ticker CS and on the OTCQX under the ticker CNSRF, pursued the listing to broaden investor access to Toncoin through a regulated Swiss trading venue.
