Ontier advises Kimun Grupo Unendo on acquisition of controlling stake in Grupo Agorastur

Ontier advised Kimun Grupo Unendo on the acquisition of a controlling stake in Grupo Agorastur and its subsidiary Agoraleon. The transaction involves Kimun Grupo Unendo taking control of Grupo Agorastur and Agoraleon in a deal that reinforces Kimun’s presence in the vocational training and private education sector. The acquisition is intended to ensure the continuity of the project and of Agorastur’s founding team, a benchmark group in the education field with a strong presence in northern Spain. The operation was carried out within the framework of Ontier’s recently launched NextGen initiative, which focuses, among other objectives, on supporting growth, succession and generational transition processes in family-owned companies. Ontier represented Kimun Grupo Unendo with a team composed by: Ignacio Arce, Pelayo García-Bernardo and Laura Zaldívar from the Corporate and M&A team of Ontier Norte, with the participation of Ignacio Esmorís, legal and business director at Ontier.
